The founder of CPTDigital is a former U.S. Navy Information Systems Technician First Class (IT1, NEC 2379), with operational tours aboard the USS Nimitz, USS Ticonderoga (CG-47, decommissioned), and the USS Saipan. Years on watch floors and in network closets — running secure communications under pressure, hardening systems against real threats, and keeping mission-critical IT alive when failure was not a recoverable outcome — became the operating discipline of the company.
Service taught a few non-negotiables: show up early, ship what you said you'd ship, document what matters, and never confuse activity with progress. Working alongside global teams — afloat, ashore, and abroad — added a second layer: technology only matters when it produces an outcome the customer can measure.
CPTDigital was launched to bring that posture into the commercial AI and software market, where a lot of providers consult without shipping, or build without strategy.
